Terms of Voucher Use

• The voucher can be used for 1 night for up to 2 people (adults or children) during one stay (services cannot be split across multiple stays, and no cash equivalent is offered if only one person uses the voucher).
• You can use the voucher independently by booking on the website www.saltic.pl and entering its number in the field: "Enter Code."

• To redeem the voucher, please send it to us via email in advance.
• Note: The code of an online-purchased voucher can only be used once (cancellations or modifications of such reservations are not allowed), so make sure you’re ready to visit us on your chosen date.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, if unused, it expires.
• Unused funds cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. If the value of your reservation exceeds the voucher amount, you can pay the difference on-site.
• If you cancel a reservation made with the voucher before your arrival, the voucher or funds are forfeited. The voucher is considered used in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
