Terms of voucher redemption
- The voucher can be used for 1 nights for a maximum of 2 people (adults or children) during one stay (it is not possible to split services over two stays / no cash equivalent if the voucher is used by only one person).
- Excluded dates: holidays, long weekends, public holidays, New Year's Eve.
- You can use the voucher independently by booking on the website www.saltic.pl and entering its number in the field: Enter CODE.

- To redeem the voucher, send it by email in advance.
- Note! The code of an online purchased voucher can be used only once (no cancellation or modification of such a reservation is possible), so please make sure you really want to visit us at that time.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, if unused, it expires.
- Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order value exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be settled on-site at the property.
- If you cancel a reservation made with an online voucher before arrival, the voucher for purchased services or funds is lost. The voucher is considered used in case of no-show or late cancellation.
