Voucher redemption conditions
- The voucher can be used for 2 nights for a maximum of 2 people (adults or children) during one stay (it is not possible to split services into two stays / no cash equivalent if the voucher is used by only one person).
- Excluded dates: holidays, long weekends, public holidays, New Year's Eve.
- You can redeem the voucher yourself by booking on the website www.saltic.pl and entering its number in the field: Enter CODE.

- To redeem the voucher, please send it by email in advance.
- Attention! The code of a voucher purchased online can only be used once (it is not possible to cancel or modify such a reservation), so please make sure you really want to visit us on this date.
- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, if unused, it expires.
- Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order value exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be settled on-site at the facility.
- If you cancel a reservation made with an online voucher before arrival, the voucher for the purchased services or funds are forfeited. The voucher is considered used in case of no-show or late cancellation.
