A kingdom of our signature slowfood dishes. Right at the doorstep, your nostrils relish on the insanely delicious aromas. Some sensual tunes play in the background. It’s like on holiday. Start your day and end it in the most tasty way ever. Our cuisine is colourful, fresh, natural and varied.
Breakfasts at the Saltic Łeba Hotel are served in form of a varied and delicious buffet. We will welcome you with aromatic coffee and then, the feast of flavours shall begin. Our buffet breakfasts includes for instance: freshly prepared scrambled eggs, porridge, milk soup, sausages, high quality wiener sausages, a wide selection of salads, fresh vegetables and fruits, marvellous homemade products, homemade preserves, spreads, muesli, home-baked goods and pastries, cheese and yoghurts, cottage cheese and eggs from local suppliers. Every single day, at the live-cooking station, our books prepares omelette and fried eggs. For kids, there’s also the children’s menu. If you are allergic to lactose or gluten, no worries, you’ll find here also such dishes which are safe for you.

The dishes he serves in the buffet include cold starters prepared on the spot, filling and aromatic soups, meat, fish and vege dishes as well as all kinds of side dishes, i.e. potatoes, pasta, rice, groats and noodles as well as fancy salads and fresh seasonal vegetables that you can compose your own salad from.
If you love live-cooking, we shall prepare fresh fish or pasta for you.
Our cuisine is based only and exclusively regional, unprocessed products from the local suppliers. We bake our own bread, smoke fish and meat, make preserves and age beef. Our short seasonal menu perfectly mirrors the Slow Food ideology. If you’re on a diet, if you’re vegan or cannot eat gluten or lactose, there’s also something for you.
