Voucher redemption conditions

• The voucher can be used for any services based on the 8% VAT rate (accommodation services; does not apply to SPA services and others subject to the 23% rate, including stay packages containing such services)
• To make a reservation, contact us at: rezerwacja.leba@saltic.pl or by phone at 58 358 82 22
• To redeem the voucher, please send it by email in advance.
• Attention! The code of an online purchased voucher can be used only once (no possibility to cancel or modify such a reservation), so make sure you really want to visit us at this date
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, if unused, it expires.
• The voucher code and the voucher itself can be used only once (during the stay on the specified date) – no possibility to split services.
• Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order value exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be settled on-site.
• If you cancel an online voucher reservation before arrival, the voucher for purchased services or funds will expire.
