Friday, October 24 – GROUNDING AND WELCOME
- 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM – Participant arrival, check-in, time for a beach walk
- 5:00 PM - 6:15 PM – Welcome flow yoga & breathwork – relaxation after travel, opening hips and shoulders
- 6:30 PM – Dinner
- 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM – Welcome circle – integration.
Saturday, October 25 – DAY OF ENERGY AND LETTING GO
- 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM – Dynamic morning practice – vinyasa with cleansing breath elements and short meditation
- 9:00 AM – Breakfast
- 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM – Bike trip (Grzybowo – Dźwirzyno – beach), pause for breath exercises and moving meditation, sea bathing for those interested
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM – Jewelry making workshop with Le Caprice plus light brunch
- 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM – Free time / relaxation in the wellness area (pool, spa, loungers)
- 6:00 PM - 6:45 PM – Sound healing
- 7:00 PM – Dinner
- 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM – Yin yoga – guided entry into deep relaxation.
Sunday, October 26 – CLOSURE AND INTEGRATION
- 7:30 AM - 8:45 AM – Gentle morning yoga (slow flow + pranayama), gratitude practice and closure
- 9:00 AM – Breakfast
- 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM – Closing circle – experience summary, intention for returning to daily life
- 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM – Free time (beach / packing)
- 12:00 PM – Check-out and end of retreat.
