The panel will be led by Małgorzata Lenartowicz - a psychodietician who approaches health holistically, pays special attention to lifestyle, circadian rhythm, stress level - these factors greatly affect health, well-being and the course of many diseases. He loves to share knowledge in the field of psychodietetics in a way that is accessible to everyone, so that the participants can implement the tips gained during such a lecture immediately, significantly improving their comfort.
Yoga classes will be conducted by Grace Korcz Piasecka - an art historian by education, but working with the body brought her full satisfaction. Since 2014, she has been exploring the secrets of yoga, learning from many teachers, as well as from her students. She completed postgraduate studies "Yoga and relaxation" at the Academy of Physical Education in Warsaw. Certified teacher of Kundalini yoga 200 RYT, yoga Nidra 50 RYT and Yin Yoga. She is interested in many forms of movement, which she likes to intertwine in her own practice and teaching. When working with the body, breathing is important to her, as it sets the body in motion. He cooperates with Studio Sopot Yoga and Kameralny Studio Jogi in Gdańsk.
