Safe Hotel

The Safe Hotel Programme aims at providing safety both for our Guests and the Saltic staff. It was born out necessity to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus. All the procedures applied by Saltic within the Safe Hotel Programme are consistent with the guidelines of the Ministry of Development, WHO and the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate in Poland. The programme also fulfils the good praxis recommendations issued by the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers.

Detailed disinfection of the hotel toilets in accordance with the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate
Hand sanitisers for the Guests – easily available and well-visible dispensers in the hotel hall and at each door to each building as well as at the entrance to the restaurant and the shared parts of the hotel
Conducting an information campaign the Guests on the safety measures to be applied
Disinfection of the hotel lifts

Detailed disinfection and ventilation of the hotel rooms in accordance with the guidelines of the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate
On request, disinfectants and face masks in the hotel room
We are certified by the RMK laundry to use highest quality chemicals with virucidal effect. All the dishes available in the room are washed in a dishwasher.

Bright modern room with king bed, neutral tones, rattan chairs, desk, sliding glass door with sheer curtains, pendant lamp.

Playroom

All the toys are regularly disinfected. Hand sanitiser dispensers for children’s guardians and animators.
Maintaining special safety rules – children have no access to the disinfectants.

RELAXATION ZONE

WELLNESS & SPA

Deckchairs, swim accessories and equipment are regularly disinfected.
Hand sanitiser dispensers all throughout the SPA & Wellness Zone.
The SPA & Wellness staff wear face masks / visor and gloves.
Only one Guest at a time may enter the treatment room. Massage tables, table tops and cosmetic containers are regularly disinfected.
Reduced number of people in the SPA & Wellness waiting room and a safe distance between them.
Table tops, armchairs, sofas and menus in the waiting room are regularly disinfected.

Staff

Special in-house training on the safety measures and precautions for the prevention of the new coronavirus spread, including the guidelines issued by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate, for all the hotel staff. Informational campaign for the staff on the special safety measures recommended by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and WHO.
Every employee has their body temperature taken when coming to the hotel. The process takes place in a special room. In case of elevated temperature and illness symptoms, the staff member is sent back home.
Hand sanitisers for the staff – easily available, well-visible dispensers in the hotel backrooms and changing rooms.
Additional disinfection of all the spaces shared by the staff – changing room, kitchen, break rooms and storerooms.
Reorganisation of the staff shift system to reduce the number of persons starting their shifts at the same time.
The managers systematically control the staff to check and make sure they follow the procedures.
