Yes, Saltic Resort & SPA is registered on the Polish Tourism Organization (POT) platform, which means you can pay for your stay with the voucher. - Can the voucher be used to pay for the whole family?
Yes, it can. The condition for using the voucher is the participation of a child eligible for the voucher. The stay offer may even include the phrase “child free of charge”. - What is the value of the voucher?
Each child eligible for the 500+ benefit is entitled to a voucher worth 500 PLN. In the case of a disabled child, the voucher is worth 1000 PLN. The voucher is tax-free and is not counted as income. - What is the validity period of the voucher?
The voucher can be used to pay for a stay from 1.08.2020 and can be used until 30.09.2022. Payment with the voucher must be completed by 31.03.2023, but the stay itself may take place later. - Can the voucher be used multiple times?
Yes, it can. The voucher can be used for multiple payments until the voucher amount is exhausted. The remaining amount can be checked on the PUE ZUS portal. - What if the stay cost exceeds the value of the voucher?
The voucher can also be used if the accommodation cost exceeds the value of the voucher. The additional amount can be paid by another payment method. - How can one obtain the voucher?
The tourist voucher is available on the Electronic Services Platform (PUE) of ZUS. If you have a trusted profile, you can register without leaving your home. If you do not have one, create a profile in your bank's online banking (also without leaving your home). - What does the voucher look like and how is it used?
The voucher is a 16-character code you receive via text message to your designated phone number or email address. When paying for your stay, provide the voucher’s code and the payment service code, which the receptionist enters into a special application and deducts the appropriate amount from your voucher. You will receive a confirmation code via SMS. - How to use the voucher when booking through an intermediary?
Our facility accepts vouchers for direct bookings only. When booking through portals like Booking or Travelist, the intermediary handles the voucher redemption.
