Conditions for redeeming the voucher:
- The voucher is valid at the Wellness & SPA Centre of the Saltic Hotel.
- Contact us in advance to book your appointment.
- To redeem your voucher, send it per e-mail or bring a printed one with you.

- The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The voucher is a single-use one and must be presented on redemption.
- Unused funds are not refundable or exchangeable for cash. If the value of the treatment exceeds the amount of the voucher, the difference can be paid on the spot at our Wellness Centre.
- If you fail to show up for your appointment, the voucher is considered to have been redeemed.
- You may reschedule your appointment at the latest 2 days in advance (within the validity period of the voucher).
