Reservation Terms

• The voucher can be used for any services based on an 8% VAT rate (accommodation services; does not apply to SPA services and others subject to the 23% rate, including stay packages containing such services)
• To make a reservation, contact us at: rezerwacja@saltic.pl or by phone +48 94 713 66 01.
• To redeem the voucher, please send it by email in advance.
• Attention! The voucher code purchased online can only be used once (there is no possibility to cancel or modify such a reservation), so make sure you really want to visit us on that date.
• The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, if not used, it expires.
• The voucher code and the voucher itself can be used once (during the stay on the specified date) – no splitting of services allowed.
• Unused funds are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the order value exceeds the voucher amount, the difference can be settled on-site at the facility.
• If you cancel a reservation made with a voucher before arrival, the voucher for the purchased services or funds will be forfeited.
