Safe Hotel

The widespread epidemic has forced us all to introduce a wide series of emergency measures. And for this purpose specially, our Safe Hotel Programme has been developed. Our goal here is to minimise the risk of potential coronavirus transmission and provide both our Guests and our staff with safety. All the procedures applied comply with the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Development, WHO and Chief Sanitary Inspectorate in Poland. Furthermore, the programme respects the good practice principle recommended by the Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers as well.


  • During the check-in, all guests are asked to fill in the "COVID-19 epidemiological interview" card
  • The reception desk/bellboy trolley are disinfected after each use. The entry door to the hotel and other high-touch surfaces in the lobby (e.g. handrails) are regularly disinfected.
  • The use of protective masks and gloves by hotel staff
  • The time spent by the Guests at the reception has been reduced to a minimum. The room cards as well as the payment terminal are disinfected at each check-in and each check-out.
  • The number of people queueing to the reception in the hotel lobby has been restricted. Special lines on the floor help you keep the right distance


  • The hotel toilets are carefully disinfected as the guidelines issued by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate require.
  • Both in the lobby and by the lift on each floor as well as by the entrance to the restaurant and all throughout the common spaces, there are disinfectant liquid dispensers provided for our Guests.
  • We run informational campaigns to teach our Guests about the safety measures being in force.
  • The hotel lifts are disinfected.


  • The hotel rooms are disinfected and aired carefully as the guidelines issued by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate require.
  • On request, we provide our Guests with disinfectants and face masks.
  • We are proud owners of the certificate granted by the dry cleaner’s RMK. As they have confirmed, we use only best quality chemicals having vast antiviral properties. For the tableware and cutlery delivered to your room, we use both dishwashers.


  • Ensuring social distance by serving breakfast in turns.
  • There is a safe space provided for the Guest waiting for their turn to enter the restaurant, bar and café.
  • All the Guests are obliged to disinfect their hands when entering the restaurant.
  • The number of people staying at the restaurant at the same time has been reduced.
  • The tables, chairs, other surfaces and menus are disinfected after each Guest.




  • Każdorazowa dezynfekcja wszystkich zabawek oraz udostępnienie dozowników ze środkiem dezynfekującym dla opiekunów dzieci oraz animatorów.
  • Zachowanie szczególnych środków bezpieczeństwa – brak dostępu do środków dezynfekujących przez dzieci.
  • Ograniczenie liczby osób jednocześnie przebywających w sali zabaw.


  • The number of persons using the pool and saunas (excluding the steam bath) at the same time has been reduced.
  • Deckchairs, swimming accessories and equipment are disinfected after each use.
  • There are disinfectant dispensers provided in the SPA & Wellness Zone.
  • Our SPA & Wellness staff uses face masks/visors and gloves.
  • Only one Guest may enter the massage room at a time. The massage beds, table tops and cosmetic containers are disinfected after each use.
  • At the reception the number of people allowed to enter the waiting room in the SPA & Wellness Zone has been limited. Keeping the safe distance is required.
  • The table tops, armchairs, sofas and menus are disinfected after each use.


  • Our employees have been properly trained and know exactly how to comply with individual safety measures required in order to prevent the coronavirus transmission. We observe all the recommendations issued by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate. Furthermore, we also run a proper informational campaign for the staff to teach them about the guidelines given by the Chief Sanitary Inspectorate and WHO.
  • Every employee has their body temperature taken. The process takes place in a room destined specially for the purpose. Only then can our staff perform their duties. If they have elevated temperature and show any symptoms of disease, they are sent back home immediately.
  • We provide our team with disinfectant liquids – the dispensers are available all throughout the backrooms as well as changing rooms at the hotel and can be easily found.
  • Additional disinfection of the common spaces used by our employees, i.e. changing rooms, kitchen, social rooms and storerooms, has been introduced.
  • The work system at our facility has been rearranged so that fewer persons commence their shift together.
  • Observing the safety procedures is systematically controlled by the managerial staff.
